Fire Damper Machines
Damper making need four equipments, including Frame machine, Blade machine, Support bar machine and Rivet platform.
Damper frame line is made of uncoiler,leveling,square Noching ,hydraulic shear,feeding platform,frame
molding machine,bending machine.It is adopt computer PLC control,touch screen operation,according to
the operation requirements set arbitrary dimensions cutting,the maximum processing speed of the
production line of 18m/min,accuracy is:length error ±0.5mm,diagonal error is ±0.5mm,standard uncoiler
bearing 5tons,it can be equipped accoeding to customer requirements.
The production line can produce”L” “口”type damper frame,automatic cutting production,it is fit for the
construction site or damper factory use,frame size can be customized according to customer requirements,
standard size；278mm,standard molding size is 200mm.
Damper support bar forming machine is made of uncoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic notching, cutting . With full computer PLC control, touch screen operation, according to the operational requirements set arbitrary dimensions cutting,
the production line maximum processing speed of 20 m / min, accuracy: length error ± 0.5mm, diagonal error is ± 0.5mm,
standard rack bearing 5 tons, can be equipped according to customer requirements.
Damper blade Roll forming line is made of uncoiler, roll forming machine, hydraulic shear. The machine adopts PLC full computer control, touch screen operation, the operation can be carried out in accordance with the requirements set under the feed of any size, the production
line maximum processing speed of 20 m / min, accuracy: length error ± 0.1mm, diagonal error of ± 0.1mm standard uncoiler bearing 5 tons,
can be equipped according to customer requirements.
Damper frame is made of riveting platform (four riveting), Corner riveting (four riveting), support bar riveting pliers (double riveting), weatherstrip riveting pliers (single riveting) . Double riveting, riveting single style according to customer requirements (rotating wall, swivel bracket). This riveting platform is easy to learn, easy to operate.
