Duct manufacture Line 3 3
Duct manufacture Line 3 are consists of a uncolier, leveler with beading function, encoder, hydraulic notching system(4 tool speical design for duct), hydraulic bending and shearing system; Industry CNC control system and MEIFORMER speical duct manufacture software.
This line can automatically produce flat sheet and duct beading, notching, processe flat sheet, 4-piece duct, L shape, U shape, All wraped duct section duct and shear. This line have good automatic fuction and can help you save labor, cost and material, high produce rate, it is best choice for medium duct workshop and general sheet shear.
Standard include 2 uncoiler, machine main part consists of encoder, hydraulic notching system, hydraulic bending and shearing system and CNC with MEIFORMER duct software system.
Option are sheet feed system,add more uncoiler.
